This article lists games that have compatibility issues with the default FunKey S emulators. As the compatibility of such games can range from fully-compatible to fully-incompatible, compatibility issues have been divided into four main categories based on severity: [[#Fully-compatible games|fully-compatible]], [[#Fully-playable games|fully-playable]], [[#Partially-compatible games|partially-compatible]], and [[#Incompatible games|incompatible]]. These categories list games that are glitch-free if configured correctly, slightly-glitched, heavily-glitched, and incompatible, respectively. While games in the first two sections should generally be played via the default emulators and those in the last two should generally be played via [[List of third-party OPK applications#Emulators|third-party emulators]], any game listed in this article not marked in bold should have improved compatibility in at least one of the higher CPU usage third-party emulators. Bold-formatted games that are also italicized require additional testing to see if a change of settings and/or emulators fixes their compatibility issue. The [[#PlayStation games that have compatibility issues with the default BIOS|fifth section]] of this article lists PlayStation games that have compatibility issues if the official PlayStation BIOS file is not added to the FunKey S [https://doc.funkey-project.com/user_manual/tutorials/software/gba_bios/ as instructed here].
