Last week we shared with you the first pictures of the FunKey S units and were glad to see the positive reception! In discussions with the manufacturer, we discovered that the FunKey S battery's wire was too long, requiring it to be folded during assembly. To remedy this issue, we modified the battery design with a shorter wire, which we confirmed fits in the device and functions as intended. We have now given our final go to the manufacturer to begin the production of the devices!

Christmas Day - our latest shipment target - approaches. We've discussed delivery dates several times before, but between all the different production processes going on and the delay incurred by switching to the new display, we decided to clarify the production and shipment timeline with a graph. As you can see the schedule is really tight and we're pushing our manufacturers like crazy so that you guys get the console before the holidays. We would like to sincerely thank them for cooperating with our continuous requests and emails. While we originally intended a member of the FunKey Team to be on site with the manufacturers to verify the quality of production, a certain pandemic prevented this, so we're doing our best to remotely communicate with the manufacturing team as much as possible.
