We wish everyone a happy new year, which we hope will turn out better than 2020! After taking a short break from releasing new updates during the holiday season, we're back again this Friday with another update. As you've always praised us for our communication skills, we sincerely apologize for the extended break; in addition to coordinating repairs of faulty units with the manufacturer, the whole team spent additional time with their families during the holiday season. In today's update, we will discuss the issues that caused the shipment delay we announced in the previous update, as well as the steps we have taken to review and fix them.
