Shipping
While shipping only started yesterday, we're relieved to say that there is still enough time left for some backers to receive their FunKey S units before Christmas. Due to the impact of COVID-19 on shipping, however, backers in the EU and US may receive their devices after Christmas. All backers should be receiving an email in the coming days that includes their personal tracking numbers, allowing each backer to know where their package is during the shipment process! ✈️ Be sure to check your email client's spam folder as well in case the email ends up there! Additionally, the shipping company we are partnering with informed us that all Japanese backers must have their shipping addresses in English for successful delivery.
