Shipments

Only 600 of the 3100 systems were sent out before we halted shipments, which is why most of you have not yet received a tracking number. Before we resume shipments, the manufacturing facility will reinspect all remaining units and make any necessary corrections. If you received a system with one or more faults, send us a message via Kickstarter or email and we will repair your system at no additional cost to you. Conversely, let us know if you're part of the majority that received their FunKey S without any issues (several people already have), as knowing the number of issue-free systems is just as important. We would like to again thank our amazing Discord community for hastily reporting these issues to us, as it was only thanks to them that we were able to stop the remaining shipments in time. If you haven't yet, we encourage you to join the commununity Discord server, as it is a great platform to discuss and share your thoughts about the FunKey S, whether you've ordered one or not. While we always try to read and answer as many comments as we can, being on the community Discord is one of the best ways to get answers and updates about the FunKey S.
