We know that you were all expecting to have your systems soon and we are unbelievably sorry for this added delay. While the system fault rate has been relatively low, we made this hard decision since anything less than the upmost quality would have been a disappointment to both our backers and ourselves. Both we and our manufacturer know that any fault is unacceptable, so we're currently working hard to make sure this never happens again. As we are aware that this is not the most pleasant update to read (believe us, it's even harder to write), we want to leave you with an assurance: we will not let you down and will return with another update as soon as we have revised our schedule.
