While the device does come bundled with several dozen freeware games to give it basic out-of-box functionality, it includes neither commercial games nor the copyrighted PlayStation and Game Boy Advance BIOS files. While some users may choose to put illegally-acquired ROMs on their devices, both the FunKey Team and the editors of this wiki encourage users to look through the FunKey Wiki's lists of hundreds of legally-acquirable game ROMs, both freeware and commercial.
